This is totally defferent from pancake which we imagin.
It is a traditional sweet in Sri Lanka.
The dough is made by fra, milk and egg, like a crepe.
The ingredients are coconut and kithul honey (necter of palm).
I love this sweet the best in Sri Lankan sweets.
Very soft and nature taste and not too much sweet. The dough is fluffy and chewy.
Definitely you must try when you come to Sri Lanka.
However it is little bit hard for you to find this sweet because not alltime it is selled. It is for desert or tea break.
But at this cafe, you can enjoy this great one anytime! Highly recommend!!
The milk tea is also fantastic flavor.
Not only pancake but also rice and curry you can enjoy for lunch.
Greenaly, mango, okra(women finger), beans, with red rice. It is very healthy.
